Complete the online form which will appear in a new browser window hosted by Constant Contact.



Once you submit the information, you will receive a confirmation email with more details about your registration.

Attendance Requirements

Advanced Registration Required

Partners does not accept on-site or day-of registrations. If you plan to attend a Partners Training Academy training or summit, you must register via the registration link in the online Training Calendar.

Recurrent No-Shows

If a training registrant misses three or more Partners Training Academy (PTA) training sessions within a six-month period, the registrant will not be admitted into another PTA training for the six months following the most recent absence – no exceptions. Missing a training includes:

  • Not showing up to the training without canceling your registration
  • Canceling your registration within 24 business hours of the training start time

Late Arrival

If you arrive 15 minutes or later to a PTA training, you will not be admitted into the session – no exceptions (Example: If the training session begins at 9 a.m., no one will be admitted into the training after 9:15 a.m.). This policy is in place to ensure that participants receive the training required for contact hours, accreditation standards, or continuing education units, and to eliminate disruptions to trainings once they begin.
