Partners’ Health Education and Aging Resource Team (HEART) helps people learn more about mental health and substance use problems that affect older adults. The team includes nurses, licensed clinicians and mental health experts. HEART is accredited by the N.C. Division of Health Service Regulations to give continuing education credits.
